PROGRAM MANAGER
Sage was born and raised in New Mexico and has spent the last two decades in ranch management. In addition, the last five years she facilitated a sustainable farming conference, where she received the Mil Gracias Award in 2020. She has spent time on various boards and in organizations across New Mexico, serving in local and state volunteer roles. She also writes regularly for both print and digital outlets and has worked on photo documentary projects.
Her education includes a Business Administration degree and both a Bachelors and Masters of Science degree in Agricultural Business and Agricultural Economics, with a minor in marketing, from New Mexico State University. Sage’s background, networking, and experiences in the culturally rich and diverse setting of Northern New Mexico have centered around agriculture and rural communities and will allow her to build resources and advance stewardship opportunities for the membership of CPLA.
